      COMBINE WATER AND LIQUID SMOKE;

      POUR OVER MEAT

      SPRINKLE WITH SALT

      COVER AND ROAST IN OVEN AT 400 DEGREES F
      FOR THREE HOURS. REMOVE FROM PAN AND SHRED.
