1 ORNGE LEAF (LAUMOLI)
1 CUP COCOA OR KOKO SAMOA
IN LARGE POT ADD RICE AND WATER..
BRING TO A BOIL
ADD COCONUT MILK..(THIS CAN BE SUB
STITUTED WITH ANCHOR OR CARNATION
MILK)
ADD SUGAR.. ADD ORANGE LEAF
MIX COCOA (OR KOKO SAMOA) WITH
HOT WATER TO FORM A THICK LIQUID
ADD TO POT.........MAKE SURE COCOA
IS FULLY MIXED INTO THE LIQUID IN POT
BRING TO A BOIL
REMOVE ORANGE LEAF
COCOA RICE SHOULD BE IN A THICK SOUP-
LIKE CONDITION... SWEETEN TO TASTE
